Patricia Kopatchinskaja
by Ivan Hewett and Rupert Christiansen The Moldovan-Austrian violinist Patricia Kopatchinskaja is a force of nature. Her three-concert residency at Wigmore Hall gives us a chance to see her talent at close hand and begins with a programme of Webern, Schumann, Bartók and Ravel, played alongside pianist Polina Leschenko. There will be another concert in April, together with cellist Sol Gabetta, and a final one in May.
