A Second World War fighter plane is pulled from the sea between Crimea and Russia after seven decades underwater. The Curtiss P-40 Warhawk was leased by the US to the Red Army during the war but ended up in the Kerch Strait. It was found by divers searching for mines during the building of a new bridge between Russia and the region it annexed in 2014.
