Getting checked out

SIR – Our partnership with Bupa (report, June 5) is being piloted in 17 shops and offers a range of health services – from mini assessments taking less than half an hour, to longer, more in-depth sessions.

Our car park limits won’t change (Letters, June 10), but customers can talk to one of our welcome desk partners to extend their stay if they have booked a Bupa appointment and need a little extra time in the shop. Hannah Chance
