A cocker spaniel retrieves a bird during a pheasant shoot on the 20,000-acre Swinton Estate in North Yorkshire. Stretching from the Ure in Wensleydale to the Dales, the estate’s mixture of heather moorland and deep valleys produces some of the best game bird shooting in the country.
