Corbyn and Venezuela
SIR – Inflation in Venezuela has hit one million per cent; the currency is worthless; shops don’t have food and hospitals don’t have medicines; and the country has become home to pirate gangs attacking Trinidad (report, December 30).
Yet we haven’t heard a peep from Jeremy Corbyn on how his brand of socialism will not lead to a similar catastrophe in Britain.
