Riskier regions

SIR – The latest coronavirus modelling from Public Health England, suggesting that there are just 24 cases per day in London (report, May 15), surely indicates that the Government needs to be more effective in targeting places where people are most at risk.

At present we have a one-size-fits-all approach. Perhaps it is time to give some regions more autonomy over when and how the lockdown is lifted.
