Officer concussed after boy kicked him in head
A police officer has been left severely concussed after being kicked in the head by a schoolboy.
Officers attended a petrol station in Wallingford, Oxon, where staff were being assaulted by boys. The boys threatened to return with knives and firearms before escaping on Thursday.
The suspects were later involved in a similar incident where an officer was kicked in the head before being taken to John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, but has since been discharged.
Two 15-year-olds and a 13-year-old were arrested on suspicion of affray. A 16-year-old was arrested on suspicion of affray, resisting a constable in the line of duty and actual bodily harm.
