Dorset delicacy

SIR – On a recent, nostalgic visit to Dorset (my home county), I attempted to purchase Dorset Knobs (Magazine, February 5) – but to no avail.

One shopkeeper told me that they were like gold dust. Apparently, Moores Biscuits produces limited supplies, as they require three bakings. Perhaps now, however, it will spring into production so that the whole country can enjoy this delicacy. I do hope so.
