Radiant Audrey Hepburn lights up the screen in one of Hollywood’s most enduring romantic tales. Director Blake Edwards’s ode to Sixties New York is pure escapism, and the vibrant city is as much a part of the love story as George Peppard’s writer Paul, who falls for Hepburn’s flighty good-time girl Holly Golightly. It’s undeniably mawkish in parts, but its sense of style has persisted for good reason.
