Church revival

The Rev’d Lesley Crawley, Rector of the Parish of Badshot Lea and Hale, admires the three murals that span the chancel walls at St Marks in Hale. The paintings, created by Kitty Milroy in 1920, have been restored by conservators Stephen Rickerby and Lisa Shekede after nearly £50,000 was raised.
