Murder arrest after body found in hospital car park
A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a body was found in a hospital car park.
The body of a 56-year-old man was discovered inside a car outside the Good Hope Hospital in Sutton Coldfield, near Birmingham, on Friday.
A 43-year-old man from Tamworth was arrested on Friday night, West Midlands Police confirmed.
Officers said the car has been removed for more detailed forensic examination and the area of the car park that was closed off has reopened.
A post-mortem examination has been scheduled to shed light on what caused the man’s currently unexplained death.
