Superyacht fleet history segmented by LOA (m)

In 2000, the 30-40m sector accounted for 75 per cent of annual deliveries. At the time of writing, at the end of 2021, it accounted for just 55 per cent.

Between 2006 and 2010, shipyards added 1,197 superyachts to the fleet, at an average of almost 240 per annum. This represented by far the most successful period in the industry’s history.
