Volunteers battle to save the Amazon

Volunteers are working with regular firefighte­rs to help put out forest fires in the Amazon, Brazil. This year, Brazil has had its highest number of forest fires since 2010. They are often started naturally by lightning strikes, but this year most of them are thought to have been started by farmers who want to use the land for animals to graze or to grow crops.
