Varada Sethu to join Doctor Who
Doctor Who’s latest companion is due to be played by actor Varada Sethu. The BBC said Sethu would first appear alongside the main character in 2025. She has starred in the Disney+ series Andor and the film Jurassic World Dominion.

Celebrate National Superhero Day on 28 April by diving into an exciting comedy adventure.
Sky High is the name of a school for superheroes in training. One of their students is William Stronghold, the son of two legendary superheroes, Commander and Jetstream. William hopes to make a name for himself so that he can stop living in the shadow of his parents as well as make them proud. However, it seems that William doesn’t have any powers of his own. Soon enough, he’s labelled as a sidekick. As he starts to discover his own strengths, William realises that becoming a superhero doesn’t just require special powers, but loyalty and teamwork as well. and personality through a process known as regeneration, and Gatwa’s Doctor is the 15th version of the character. Doctor Who returns in May for Gatwa’s first full series. He will be accompanied on his adventures by Ruby Sunday, played by Millie Gibson. Sethu, who will join the show during Gatwa’s second series as the Doctor, said, “I feel like the luckiest person in the world.”
