forthcoming launch promises an historic flavour for buyers
Galliard Homes and Acorn Property Group, in association with Trinity House, are getting set to launch Trilogy.
The development of 27 apartments, located on a historic site on Harper Road in Borough, once occupied by a Roman Temple and formerly home to Southwark Court Of Requests is expected to go on sale in spring 2019, starting at £550,000.
In 2012 the Court building became surplus to requirements and in 2017 landowner Trinity House, which had owned the site since 1660, teamed up with Galliard Homes and Acorn to redevelop the site.
Properties at the scheme have been designed by architects Haworth Tompkins, with one, two and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes available.
Galliard Homes sales director David Galman said: “The site offers a collection of stylish apartments located in contemporary apartment buildings which have smart kerb appeal.”
