Daniel Ray and Andy Smith found the net at Cantley Park, but the goals came in vain as they slipped below Marlow in the table. SONNING secured third spot in the table with a thumping 10-2 win at Aylesbury.

Colm Hanlon and James Manser both bagged four goals with David Painter and Ian Gallagher also on target in the rout. SONNING 2s were also in scoring form, beating struggling Ramgarhia 7-4 in Division 1 thanks to a Sam Westmancoat hat-trick.

Matt Poulton netted twice while James Miller and Mark Cooke also got on the score-sheet.

Down in 8

West, SOUTH BERKSHIRE TERRIERS clinched the title with a 3-0 win over Wallingford 5s, pipping Reading Rascals to top spot by one point. SONNING 5s also ended on a winning note, edging past Oxford 8s 3-2.
