Sumas setback over Hurst loss
WOKINGHAM AND EMMBROOK Under-18s suffered a setback with a 4-2 loss at Hurst.
Sumas got off to a flying start when Ben Cook’s pass found Connor Holland to fire home from the edge of the box.
But Hurst hit back to level immediately before an own goal put them 2-1 ahead.
A stunning Amir Idjer strike levelled the game at 2-2, only for Hurst to net twice more to seal a 4-2 victory.
Versatile Mike Valdambrini was named Sumas man-of-thematch.
