DAN MONEY and Ebenezer Opoku-Ware both bagged braces as Berks County booked their spot in the next round of the Berks and Bucks Se­nior Tro­phy.

James Ward found the net for Rich­ings Park, but Money and Opoku-Ware fired Berks through with a 4-2 win at Lowther Road.

In league ac­tion, WOK­ING­HAM AND

EMM­BROOK RE­SERVES sealed back-to-back wins with a 2-0 vic­tory at Read­ing City Un­der23s.

First half goals from An­drew Mcrae and Aaron Sheikh did the dam­age for Su­mas in the Thames Val­ley Premier Divi­sion clash, while WOOD­LEY UNITED ROY­ALS lost 3-0 at Wood­cote Stoke Row.

In Divi­sion One, James

Payne scored twice as FINCHAMPSTEAD drew 3-3 at FC Imaan Lions.

Nick Payne was also on tar­get for Finches as they pre­serve top spot.

Else­where, HURST are still seek­ing their first point of the cam­paign af­ter a 3-0 loss at White Ea­gles.

HARCHESTER HAWKS’ first game of the cam­paign ended in de­feat, go­ing down 3-0 against Wood­cote Stoke Row Re­serves in Divi­sion Two, while goals from Alex Lam­bert and Jack Sanchez earned HURST RE­SERVES a 2-2 draw at Rich­ings Park Re­serves.

In Divi­sion Three, TWYFORD AND RUS­COMBE drew 0-0 at Pang­bourne and WOOD­LEY UNITED A got off to a fly­ing start with a 6-1 suc­cess against Taplow United A.

Sa­muel Pad­don bagged four goals while Martin King added the other two.

Down in Divi­sion Four, Ra­jin­der Bachra’s goal could not pre­vent a 3-1 de­feat for HARCHESTER HAWKS DE­VEL­OP­MENT at Berks County Rovers.
