Housebuilder offers Christmas present of £12,000 mortgage payments
AHOUSEBUILDER behind the a range of new developments across Berkshire is offering a present that will make even Santa’s eyes light up.
Anyone looking to take avantage of the offer has to be quick: reservations must be made before the bell toils to ring out the old.
David Wilson Homes says it is prepared to offer homebuyers a mortgage subsidy of up to £12,000 until December 31 this year.
Old Father Time will be getting his skates on as a result.
The housebuilder says that it aims to help people comfortably get on or move up the property ladder with this offer of financial help. They say that new buyers could save as much as £500 per month for the first two years.
Rob Allen, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes Southern, said: “A mortgage subsidy takes the pressure away from paying off full mortgage repayments for the first two years.
“This will allow purchasers to either save for the following year or give them a little extra cash to spend on a holiday or a family treat.
“The deal is being offered on a wide selection of houses and apartments currently available for sale across the developments.
“From first-time buyers searching for the perfect starter home to families looking for a spacious and modern family property, there is an excellent variety of house styles to choose from in order to benefit from this special offer.”
There is some small print: Purchasers are responsible for obtaining their own mortgage finance and David Wilson Homes simply contribute up to the maximum financial limit as agreed.
This incentive is currently available at three developments: Montague Park in Wokingham, Newbury Racecourse and The Chase at Newbury Racecourse and Croft Gardens in Reading.
