Bell ringers to hold quiz night

BELL RINGERS in Shinfield will be inviting people to put their thinking caps on as they prepare to launch their annual quiz night.

The campanologists from St Mary’s Church in Church Lane will hold the event on Saturday, January 19.

Entry starts from 6.45pm to enable enough time to enjoy a two-course supper from 7pm.

Teams should be made of up to six people, but organisers can help people find a team if they are short.

Places cost £10 or £6 for under 18s, guests should bring their own drinks.

All proceeds will go to St Mary’s church funds.
