Winning new year for Sumas U18s

SUMAS Under-18s made a winning return to action at the weekend.

Following their Christmas break, Wokingham and Emmbrook stormed into a 3-0 lead at AFC Henley thanks to goals from Lorcan Gallen, Rhys Williams and Casey Starke.

Sumas dominated the second half, but conceded a late penalty with the game ending 3-1 as defender Sam Martin was named man-of-thematch.
