Unique Opportunity for Unpublished Travel Writers

FIRST PRIZE is a four-night summer break for two in Swedish Lapland, courtesy of leading Nordic travel specialists Discover the World, and a chance to write about the trip in Timeless Travels Magazine.
The winner will stay at Swedish Lapland’s incredible new year-round Icehotel 365 – set on the banks of the River Torne – and sleep in an ice carved deluxe art suite (complete with heated ensuite and sauna powered by the midnight sun). This amazing holiday includes return flights, transfers, one night in a deluxe art suite, three nights in a warm room, an array of fantastic activities (including Midnight Sun Tour, Sauna Ritual, Torne River Rafting and Wilderness Skills), breakfast daily and a five-course dinner at the Icehotel restaurant prepared by a Michelin-trained head chef. Furthermore, the winner will receive a paid commission to write an article about their holiday to be published in the unique Timeless Travels Magazine, and a place on the next Bradt Travel Writing Seminar.
TWO RUNNERS UP will also win a place on the next Bradt Travel Writing Seminar, run in conjunction with Travellers’ Tales.
ALL THREE FINALISTS will be invited to the glittering Edward Stanford Travel Writing Awards Ceremony in London in early spring, at which the winner will be announced.
