Phipps has since agreed to rotate “Gary” the Gorilla 180 degrees so it faces towards the sea – but not everyone is happy. Other home owners have started complaining that they have been left looking at the ape’s bottom. “You couldn’t make it up,” said Phipps. “There’s no pleasing some people.”
