IS THERE REALLY A POINT?

- GAVIN ELLIOT, SUSSEX

Since pros remove their glove to allegedly provide a “better feel” for a putt, can we look forward to the removal of shoes on the green to help read the degree of slope?

Still, the proof will no doubt emerge in time as the putting stats of the known users can be compared with past performance. Me? I will continue with my “hit and hope” method!
