In a nutshell… Country golf over rolling terrain. Despite the trees the par 71 course feels open and very playable, but the smallish greens are tricky and demand attention. Eddie Hackett extended the mature nine holer to 18 in 1992. You’ll love the… Quality of the greens. Loughrea is renowned for them. The stretch of holes (12-16) at the furthest point of the course are the wildest and best.
