EXCESS SPEED

The problem with using this power sequence in the short game is that as we shift and rotate, we narrow the arc of the downswing and load the shaft. This creates excessive energy in an action that is more about metering force and controlling clubface loft. This can mean deceleration and/or clubface manipulation… and neither is good for consistency.
