A two-night break for two is up for grabs
If your New Year’s resolution has been to play more golf in 2023, this month we have a prize that will definitely appeal. One lucky reader will win a two-night stay for two people at one of Britain’s best golf resorts, with two rounds of golf and three-course dinner per person included.
The lucky winner will have a choice between Scotland’s Piperdam Leisure Resort and Kenwick Park Resort in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
Piperdam is set within 650 acres of idyllic Angus countryside, right in the heart of Carnoustie Country. It is home to two excellent parkland tests, with 18 and 9-hole courses laid out on gentle slopes by a 40-acre loch.
If you require more golf, there are 30 other courses within easy reach, from the challenging championship links which line the glorious Angus coastline, to the beautifully tranquil inland courses with their sweeping tree-lined fairways, If your New Year’s Resolution is to tick off several bucket list courses, note that as well as Carnoustie, St Andrews and Gleneagles are all within an hour’s drive of Piperdam.
Kenwick Park also boasts 18-hole and 9-hole courses, both carved into the glorious landscape of the Lincolnshire Wolds and dominated by mature mixed woodland. With trees standing at over 100ft and numerous charming lakes, there can be few more enchanting backdrops for a round or two of golf in the East Midlands.
Whichever location you choose, our winner and guest will be able to unwind post-round in the resort’s swimming pool, sauna, steam rooms and gymnasium.
The prize is for two sharing a room/ lodge for two nights, is available between February and May or September and December 2023, and must be taken midweek. You’ll enjoy two rounds of golf and a three-course dinner on one of the evenings.
