Porsche launches Road Trip app

Digital tour guide plans routes and accomodation

Porsche Digital has launched its own smartphone app to help you plan your next road trip. The app has selected half- or full-day trips available to choose from, with suggested lunch, stop-off points and overnight accommodation all included. Reservations can be made through the app, with an itinerary then produced. The app also has an in-built navigation tool to take you through your journey. “Our goal is to support the emotional driving experience with digital solutions. With Porsche Road Trip we’re intelligently organising trips for our customers, making them as eventful and comfortable as possible,” comments Thilo Koslowski, CEO of Porsche Digital. The app initially has routes from Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the US.
