For six weeks in May and June, elderflower lovers are invited from all over the country to gather buds for the annual harvest at Belvoir Fruit Farms. Founded in 1984 by Lord John Manners and his wife, Mary, the company has 90 acres of elder orchard producing 60 tonnes of flowers to make its award-winning cordials.
