Planning ahead for half term and Christmas
A FULL schedule of Wey and Arun Canal Trust boat trips is set to run up until November at the wharf in Loxwood to make the most of the stunning autumnal season.
The boat crew is also gearing up for the half-term special Halloween trips on Wednesday, October 27 and Sunday, October 31 at noon and 2pm.
They are also planning for the everpopular Santa Trips. Bookings for all trips are via the website at www. weyandarun.co.uk and tickets are expected to sell fast.
The trust’s 2022 calendar is also on sale, priced at £8, with all proceeds going to maintaining the canal and funding future restoration projects.
This year’s features the winners of the photographic competition, which attracted hundreds of entrants, making selection a challenge given the high quality of photos submitted.
