One webinar is to be held by West London Branch on November 3 at 7.30pm, on Water Resources and Costs of Maintenance. This year has seen Canal & River Trust have to close, or restrict hours, on many of the canals and rivers it manages. Adam Comerford, CRT’s national hydrology manager, will speak about managing water resources on CRT’s canals and rivers and Neil Owen, CRT regional engineer, will explain why maintenance on the waterways costs so much more than most people think.
