TYHA Marina of the Year awards
SHEPPERTON Marina was named Inland Marina of the Year in The Yacht Harbour Association (TYHA) Marina of the Year Awards 2022, sponsored by Towergate Insurance.
It was one of six awards presented at the Southampton International
Boat Show. Runner-up in the inland category was Campbell Wharf Marina at Milton Keynes.
TYHA general manager Jon White and chairman Colin Watts were joined by representatives from many of the 160-plus Gold Anchor accredited marinas from around the world hoping to clinch one of the coveted awards which were announced on the Foredeck Stage at the Southampton International Boat Show.
“These awards are voted for by berth holders and celebrate the very best marinas both in the UK and overseas and provide a perfect opportunity to recognise those marinas that go above and beyond, offering outstanding quality and service to their berth holders and visitors,” Jon explained.
