Tri-ang Minic Motorways Set, with three cars (one missing tyres), in fair box with tears to lid corners. Sold for £45, Astons, October.
Scalextric C662 Super Stox, includes two cars: ‘Stick Shifter’ and ‘Fender Bender’. Contents and cars appear to be generally mint (ex-shop stock), inner polystyrene tray is near mint, outer lift-off lid box is good plus. Sold for £100, Vectis, August.
Liberty Ocean Liner, marked ‘Libertania’, one of the scarcer boats in the Liberty Boat series. Sold for $1,020, Morphy’s, February.
LEGO Wooden Garage, scarce example of one of LEGO’s earlier toys before it made the famous plastic construction system. Features a wooden garage structure with hardboard base and roof, cream, with red trim, green roof, spring loaded tinplate cantilever door. Sold for £130, Vectis, February.

Scalextric Tinplate Ferrari, green, racing No 29 - this model has hand painted finish and was believed to be for export market, comes with special blue and yellow carded box with No 24 in pencil to one blank end - overall condition is generally near mint (although does have some surface rust to front grille) in near mint box. Schuco No 928 clockwork Monkey, with red jacket, black trousers, some wear to the plush covering to his head, lacks balloons, monocle and top hat but still a good scarce early example with tinplate closed feet. Sold for £110, Vectis, May.
