Find your next big challenge here!

Ijust read a great piece from Steve Cram, who has featured in Trail Running in the past, but is perhaps better known as a former world record holder. Steve says that as much as his career was all about the summer and running fast, he couldn't have achieved any of that without a winter of running up and down hills, tackling muddy races and generally toughing it out in everything the British weather could throw at him. So chuck away your stopwatch, forget personal bests and just get out there and have some fun in the wet. Your friends and family will say you're mad, but also secretly admire how tough you are, and you'll know just how much good splashing through the puddles is doing you. Spring will soon be here and because of the work you've put in over winter, you'll be flying.
