“Con­sis­tent, var­ied train­ing, along­side a healthy and bal­anced diet will bring about the changes you want, but lighter doesn’t al­ways mean faster and it’s im­por­tant to look at other mea­sures of health; such as bone health and hor­monal changes that can come about through too much weight loss.

“It’s re­ally best to talk to a reg­is­tered sports di­eti­cian for ad­vice and be pa­tient.”
