So Trail is launching an exciting new competition in association with the John Muir Trust and Mountain Equipment.
Whether you’re a mountain lover who’s never put pen to paper, or a blogger, a writer or a literary award winner, we’d love to hear from you. All you have to do is send us your 400-word account of the single most memorable day you have spent in the outdoors, and every month we will publish the best.
Every published writer gets a free year’s membership to the John Muir Trust, plus some Mountain Equipment kit!
The account that stands out over all others at the end of the year will win a special Mountain Equipment prize, plus a paid commission to write a feature for Trail.
