HAGGIS, NEEPS ‘N’ TATTIES (£9.95)
As served at… Clachaig Inn, Glencoe
When you visit Scotland, ask yourself why are you there? Is it for the mountainous Highlands or the country’s famed haggis? Well, here in the heart of Glencoe you can have both. This traditional, tasty haggis, made by Macsween of Edinburgh – of course – is an old family recipe and served with mashed neeps and tatties with a dash of onion and red wine gravy. It comes in one colossal portion – the perfect post-hill treat. There’s a veggie version, too.
