Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past few years, you can’t have escaped the news that plastic is bad. In fact, even if you have been under a rock, there’s probably been an old drinks bottle wedged under there with you. But check this out – Eider’s Mission Hoodie is made from Polartec Thermal Pro fleece, which is itself made from 100% recycled plastic woven into fleece-like fabric. This is good, but the incredible news? To date, Polartec has upcycled over one billion plastic bottles and saved them from simply becoming landfill. Wow.
