BREAKFAST BURRITO
2 wraps, spread with chipotle sauce 1 handful of grated cheese 1 hard-boiled egg
3 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado
1 rasher bacon, chopped (optional)
Chuck the bacon and tomatoes in the pan on a medium flame until the bacon is fully cooked and the tomatoes are soft and browning at the edges. Add the eggs and cheese, and mix around with a spork until the cheese is fully melted. Take the pan off the stove, sprinkle the wraps with water and heat them over the flame for a few seconds. Scoop the mixture into the wraps, slice in the avocado, fold up from the bottom and
then fold over the two sides.
