Designed for high mileage days, this boot’s durable upper is thick, one-piece nubuck leather with a high, all-around rand. This sits on a fairly stiff sole unit for excellent support underfoot. The padded ankle cuff is quite high for improved stability but feels butter-soft. There’s also a fully gusseted tongue and a waterproof-breathable Sympatex lining. There’s no way this boot will leak.

VERDICT A high-quality, hard-wearing boot that will probably last longer than your knees.
