Joining OR’s range of lightweight kit, the Helium are fully waterproof gaiters at less than half the weight of many gaiters. Using light, breathable and durable Pertex Shield Diamond Fuse fabric, they provide full protection for just 139g a pair (size large) and pack right down to fit easily in a small pocket. They have a replaceable instep strap, bootlace hooks and a drawcord cinch at the top hem.

VERDICT A great lightweight, packable choice, where you might want to take gaiters on and off as needed.
