CAMPSITE KITCHEN BANANA GOO
■ 1 banana
■ 1 bar of chocolate
■ 1 handful walnuts
■ 1 handful hazelnuts
■ 3 digestive biscuits
Recipe At home, slice the banana and bash up the chocolate bar. Chuck them in a ziploc bag with the nuts and seal. After dinner, empty the lot into a clean pan and cook on a medium flame until it becomes a delicious mess. Scoop up with the biscuits or just eat it with a spoon. It’s packed with protein and good fats to replenish you after a long day, and no messy banana skin to deal with. Optional Glug some rum in it!
