FITNESS One day light and fast, or two days with a tent. Both options are challenging. TERRAIN Mostly pathless with false tracks created by water run-off. Very rocky, lots of scrambling (Grades 1-3, although the harder stuff is avoidable). Very easy to find yourself on dangerous ground. NAVIGATION Nav from peak to peak is obvious but the nitty-gritty route-finding on a micro level is very difficult and needs constant attention.
