FITNESS Reasonable fitness, for a longish hike required, with some steep but short climbs.

TERRAIN Very good gravel or grassy paths, some may be quite muddy depending on the weather. NAVIGATION The myriad paths in the more popular summit areas are not all on the map! But if you follow the general direction of ‘south’ or stick to the ridge top, you will be fine.
