FITNESS Relatively easy for a fit Trail walker, but don’t underestim­ate the ascent and steep descents! TERRAIN No real exposure other than a couple of brutally steep descent/ ascents of limestone dale sides (slippery/ muddy). Marked (mostly) paths and tracks, one major road crossing.

Take a good map – micro navigation through lowland fields and at track junctions.
