IS IT FOR ME?

FITNESS A good level of fitness advised, to be ready for any snow or winter weather.

TERRAIN A mix of track and heather-covered slopes at lower levels; rockier ground and scree at higher levels. Water crossings.

NAVIGATION Winter nav is fairly simple (following hill shapes), but be ready for poor vis and avoiding snow hazards coming off second summit. Snow cornicing to be aware of in certain conditions.
