“My first wild camp did so much for me”

“Having had a tough couple of years over and above Covid, I’ve had to drag myself up and out, regain my confidence and discover a new life for myself. I returned to the mountains after many years away and had lots of lovely trips. I’ve put this photo in the group because it is my first UK wild camping trip, in the Cairngorms. Very tough and painful at times, but it did so much for me at the same time.” HELEN SHARP
