IS IT FOR ME?
FITNESS A moderately demanding walk. Initially a pathless ascent up a tussocky hillside, then a sustained rocky climb up a well-trodden path. TERRAIN Marked paths then pathless hillside, with a rocky but wellmarked approach to the summit. Return on well-trodden paths. NAVIGATION Fairly straightforward in clear weather. Some care needed on the ascent to Mynydd Pencoed and final approach to Penygadair.
