Add to this the pretty village of Stoke Abbott and the finale of an Iron Age fort on Pilsdon Hill and you have an excellent outing in the Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With easy navigation and little in the way of anything approaching an arduous ascent, this is a walk that gives you time to saunter.
