IS IT FOR ME?

FITNESS No pushover of a day with lots of ascent. Steep and sustained climb to start and lots of ups and downs. TERRAIN Lots of ridges. Some are quite narrow. Also a few awkward boulder fields. Mostly good tracks. Gaiters recommende­d. NAVIGATION Mostly a straightfo­rward, linear route along the ridge. One or two sections where you need to be observant.
